Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in CAD or USD depending on the customer’s region.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify.

 

Order Processing & Acceptance

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to payment issues, inaccurate information, or suspected fraud.

 

Returns & Refunds

Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued after inspection.

 

Limitation of Liability

Venderma is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or shipping delays caused by carriers.
